PACT is an awesome company! From undies to tanks to leggings and shirts it’s been great. My husband and I both wear many PACT items every day. My husband especially loves his boxer briefs and t-shirts from PACT. I especially love the women’s boy shorts, leggings, and cotton-linen blend wrap shirt (amazing for a nursing mom!!! I have several and wear them all the time!). Costumer service has always been awesome and often if I’m unhappy with something they credit me or send a new size without having the hassle and waste of sending the original item back (so I have given some things away to friends, donated, or kept them if they were usable). Prices are always reasonable for the basics and sales are even better! I would give five stars for pretty much everything but we have had some inconsistencies with some adult sizing on a few items and the baby clothing we have ordered mostly hasn’t fit well. Sizes seem to run small and fit (particularly pants or jammies) has not been the best for a diaper bum, especially when using cloth. But, I will say the baby and toddler t-shirts are great! They are a thin soft cotton that stretches over the head easily and is so comfy for my baby. We only have a couple but I’d get more of those for summer time ;) Thanks PACT for offering such a fun variety of clothing that is low impact on the environment and fair to those who create it. Even with a little disappointment at times, it is made up by all the positives your company offers and strives for. Thanks!
First time ordering with Pact, was worried my order had gone through twice because I received 2 email confirmations. Customer service was prompt and polite while helping me figure out that it was an email glitch and no further action was needed.

This was my first time ordering from PACT. So happy I did. I recently found out that I cannot wear polyester, so I'm focusing on cotton. I love the clothes I chose. Not sure of my size with this brand, so I purchased a small and a medium. Turns out I need to return the Medium and it couldn't be any easier to return. Also, there was a small issue with one of the other items I ordered and so I called the customer service line....wow...couldn't be happier with their responsiveness and solution. Will be ordering again
Customer service responded to my inquiry about my missing package promptly, and issued a full refund and an additional credit due to my items being out of stock. -1 star because when I went to check the site one of the items was still in stock, and another still in stock in other colors.
Lori provides exemplary customer service. She is patient, knowledgeable, diligent and the antithesis of the other one I keep getting on the phone who is profoundly annoying and does not follow through on anything. Lori unraveled a rather complex mixup and is a great representative for your company. Hire more like her.

I've always had really good experiences with Pact customer service. Most recently it was just outstanding. Lori helped so much, kept in contact, and made sure I was aware of everything regarding my situation continually through the process. She even helped afterwards with a separate item, in an incredible way. Sometimes mistakes are made and that can be frustrating, it's so good to feel like their customer service is there to help you with that frustration. :)
I’m a big Pact fan! I love their organic clothing and mission! I’m slowing replacing my clothing as needed with all Pact! I have sensitive skin and love that Pact clothing doesn’t make me itch! It’s so soft and comfortable. Their customer service is top notch! I tell everyone I know about them Pact! It’s nice to have affordable organic clothing! Keep up the good work!
I really liked the clothes I found pictured on Pact. The dress I bought is very nice, good fit, good color. Shipping was very fast. I would definitely consider buying again.
Great customer service! I needed a replacement on several items that I wasn’t satisfied with and customer service replied to me immediately, checked into the issue and sent replacements right away. I truly appreciated this and will happily continue to purchase more great products from PACT. Go green!!!
Just really extraordinary customer service and leggings!!!! I have several brands of leggings and don’t really like to wear them but the go to leggings changed how I feel about leggings. And did I mention the great customer service!? Thank you, pact for making sustainable clothing accessible and affordable.

I love PACT for all the reasons there are to love a company. I’ve been buying their clothing since they only sold socks and underwear so many years ago and I can honestly say the integrity of the product and the above-and-beyond of their customer service has been exceptionally consistent since day one!
I tell everyone I know about PACT because not only does the company prioritize all.the.things sustainability plus have the highest standards for labor, materials, supply chain, and customer experience, their clothes are comfy, soft, and last because of the high quality!
I ordered the sweater dress last week. It arrived fast and I LOVE it! It’s soft and comfortable to wear. I ordered an L I’m 5’8” and about 183lbs. I will wear it on Christmas Day with long boots and a pendant necklace.
